3. How can my dollars in my BPI Tulong Sa Pinoy account help?

For a minimum of $1,000 you save or remit to your Tulong sa Pinoy account, BPI matches that with peso funds for lending to accredited, reputable microfinancing companies in the Philippines. These microfinancing institutions re-lend the money to our enterprising kababayans - market vendors, rice retailers, newspaper peddlers, fishball ambulants, tricycle drivers. Without this facility from microfinancing, our kababayans otherwise become victims of loan sharks or usurers.

4. Is my money safe with BPI?

The Bank of the Philippine Islands has Express Remittance Centers (BERCs) in key cities around the world and international toll-free numbers which are posted at www.bpiexpressonline.com.
