A weekly write – in, call – top – rated public service radio program for millions of overseas filipino workers and their families. It is a 60-minute live show locally aired over DZEC 1062 Khz of the Eagle Broadcasting Corporation, 9:30 – 10:30 PM, Saturday, hosted by LOU MEDINA. It is simultaneously aired in HONGKONG over Metro Plus AM 1044. The Philippines Tonight Show hosted by Michael Vincent and Tita Kery thru The Philippines Tonight Show from 9:30 – 10:00 PM .GABAY NG OFW is also aired simultaneously in Singapore thru “HELLO ASIA”, KEI 102.3 FM from 10:00 – 10:30 PM, same day.

Gabay ng OFW also features up to – the – minute news, job vacancies with no placement fees, OFW news, travel tips and dramatization of true to life stories of overseas filipino workers.

Program Segments

Balitang OFW – A ten minute-news segment on OWWA –POEA - DFA matters, policy trends concerning migrant workers abroad and status of diplomacy with countries receiving migrant workers. Get the latest news concerning OFWS.

Trabaho Agad – A ten minute-bulletin of existing job vacancies for overseas employment in coordination with POEA-Government Placement branch & other recruitment agencies. .It also assist prospective overseas workers & professionals in avoiding delays, mistakes and unnecessary expenses as well as give advice concerning illegal and unscrupulous practices.

OK Ka Kabayan – a segment to recognize significant achievement of successful overseas Filipino workers.

Q & A – guest entertains queries anytime within the show. It is a question & answer type portion sent in by mail, email, text or telephone here & abroad.

HELLO HONGKONG – a thirty minute – simultaneous airing of the program thru the Philippines Tonight Show in Hongkong aired over Metro Broadcast Corporation, Ltd. The thrust of the 30 – minute – simultaneous airing is focus on the welfare cases of the OFWs in Hongkong. It contains stories, interviews with thousands of OFWs in Hongkong.

HELLO ASIA - a thirty minute – simultaneous airing of the program thru KEI 102.3 FM Broadcasting from Batam Indonesia. The show contains stories, interviews with thousands of OFWS in Singapore. Here’s how the OFWS have adjusted to life abroad, talk about their own challenges & success overseas .Other important segments are Mabuhay Message Center, Embassy Online, Legal Advice & Balitang Pilipinas.
