Scholarship on Professional Animation NOW OPEN!!!

BALIK PINAS has launched a (4) four-month program on PROFESSIONAL ANIMATION with financial assistance
either through scholarship grant or educational loan.

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Must be 18 years old and above
2. Must be creative, skilled and has passion for visual arts and drawing.
3. Must be a dependent /endorsed by a FILIPINO OVERSEAS and a BALIKPINAS COOP member.
4. Tuition fee based on FAMILY MONTHLY INCOME:
a. Php 15,000 and below
* 100% SCHOLARSHIP GRANT
b. Above Php 15,00 but below Php 30,000
* 50% SCHOLARSHIP GRANT and may avail of loan from
the COOPERATIVE to finance the rest of the tuition fees
c. Above Php 30,000 but below Php 60,000
* May avail of loan assistance from the COOPERATIVE to
pay for the tuition fees
d. Above Php 60,000
* NO SCHOLARSHIP, full paying student.

TUTION FEE OF Php 40,000.00 PER STUDENT and placement at Local Disney Studios upon completion of the course.

Documentary Requirements:

For testing:
1. Birth Certificate (Photocopy)
2. NBI Clearance
3. Filled-up Registration / Application form
*Application and Processing Fee (Php 500.00)

For succesful candidates:
1. Affidavit or proof of relationship with the Balik Pinas member (endorser)
2. Neuro Testing and Medical Examination Results (c/o ST. PATRICK Healthcare Systems)

SCREENING TEST
1. Scholarship Applicants will be pre-qualified and skills will be tested on both Hands-On and written exams.
2. There will be a panel interview to assess the level of work attitude, persistence, timeliness to submission or output, value for excellence and self starting.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF QUALIFIED STUDENTS
Qualified students will be announced and notified via e-mail. List will also be posted at www.balikpinas.com, at Balikpinas information office and satellite Balikpinas Offices

CLASS SCHEDULES
1ST BATCH - JUNE 20 – SEPTEMBER 20
2ND BATCH - SEPTEMBER 25 – DECEMBER 25
3RD BATCH - JANUARY 6 – APRIL 6
4TH BATCH - TBA
