Profession: housewife

Do you want to settle permanently in abroad and Why: I already live abroad my husband is a german national. I do want to settle down in the phil. when I get old.

Is Working or Living in Foreign Country Beneficial to you and Why: yes, in a way. there are many things to learn here and you become educated thru travel and living with different nationalities.

Do you think our countrys economy is getting better because of OFWs and Why: very much so. because of the foreign currency sent by the OFW's all over the world to help their families. the money spent in the Philippines from the money which comes from abroad helps the businesses in the Phil.

What could be the undesirable effects when working abroad to you and to your family left back home: Brain Drain

Are You Worried About the Brain Drain that our country is facing at this time and Why: Sure, everybody should. But if only our government governs our country better, then the people won't be going out of the country. There would be enough work for us there and we won't be dreaming to work elsewhere. Meanwhile, it won't be bad at all to go abroad and spend holidays if we can afford it. Look at the people in Korea, China or Thailand, they go abroad to study and after they learn and experience, they come back to their own countries and apply what they learn. that's why their countries are progressive. Most of the filipinos abroad go home only to settle down for good (when they are already old).

Can You give some tips or advise to others who may wish to work abroad too Specially on places that you have worked for: work hard and show what you've got. Be honest wherever you go for work.

If you will be given a post to serve OFWs what could be your plans to protect or serve the Filipino Workers Worldwide: no comment

What is best about being a Filipino: hardworking, masayahin

Any Message for Us: keep up the good work
